IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd. (A subsidiary of Hinduja Ventures Limited) is one of India's largest integrated media companies ('IMCL'). IMCL is the pioneering and one of the largest multi system operators in the country.
With an estimated 8.5 million subscribers across 36 key cities, the Company offers over 370 channels in the digital mode (it also offers about 95 TV channels in the analog mode). Most of the major cities of IMCL are digital enabled by digital headends or IP.
IMCL has a backbone of over 10000 kms of hybrid fibre optic networks through which it also offers broad band services and has a National ISP license. It runs the Broadband and VOIP services through its division In2Cable.
The Fibre infrastructure network has enabled IMCL to lease out some unused fibre to telcos, infrastructure providers, ISPs and competitors.
It has over 2800 Local Cable Operators as Franchisees and around 2000 staff.
IMCL has invested in developing a strong technical foundation partnering with global cable TV and convergence leaders like BARCO, Tandberg, Magna Quest, NAGRAVISION, Motorola etc which provides them a differentiator in quality and scalability of operations.
IMCL's Analogue brand "Incable", Digital brand "Indigital" and Broadband brand "In2cable" are well known.

IMCL is waiting on the cusp of the digital revolution being ushered in by Governments mandated policy of digitizing the Cable Networks.
