What is CAS     Conditional Access System (CAS) means separation of Pay & Free To Air (FTA) Channels Pay channels can be seen only through a Set Top Box (STB), attached to the consumer's existing T. V. set, to receive these channels. As per government regulation, from September 1, 2003, STB's will become mandatory to view all pay channels. A pay channel can be viewed only through an INCablenet approved STB Only FTA channels would be accessible without the STB The rates for these services would be uniform & Government approved As per Government Regulations, a minimum of 30 free to air channels have to be aired. However, we will be giving you much more than that i.e. more than 70 channels.
