Terms and Conditions

1. The subscription scheme is subject to the terms and conditions of Indigital Cable Network of Indusind Media and Communications Ltd.
2. Subscription for Indigital Cable TV basic services and bouquet services will be for a minimum period of one month.
3. However, for any a-la-carte channel choice, the subscription will be for 4 months minimum as per TRAI tariff order.
4. If subscription is made during any day of the month, it will be counted for the full month.
5. The subscription is also payable through prepaid cards in advance and will be for four months minimum in case of a-la-carte channel choice.
6. The subscription paid is not refundable or transferable.
7. For change in channels selected, please contact your cable operator or call at the call centre and carry on the process of selecting the channel again.
8. The channel subscription rates may vary from time to time by the broadcasters or by TRAI tariff orders.
9. Customers will be made aware of the change in rates through scrolls in our channels and same will be charged in subsequent bills.
10. Indigital may suspend or terminate the service if the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions including non payment of prescribed charges.
11. The terms and conditions maybe changed by giving an advance notice.
12. The personal data provided by the customer will be used only for bonafide purposes and to meet the legal requirements of the Cable TV Network Regulation Act 2002 amended
13. All the rules of Cable Act will be applicable to channel and the interconnection rules for disconnection , reconnection
14. The tariffs will be based on Government and Regulatory guidelines under Indian laws and constitution.
15. Subscriber will be liable to pay for the entire period even if he intimates for deactivating and reactivating any channel / Package in between.
16. These terms & Conditions form a part of the subscriber's agreement
17. The terms & conditions will be governed by TRAI tariff orders and Cable Regulations from time to time.
18. IMCL Value Packages follow the TRAI Tariff regulation defined for pay channels for CAS notified areas
19. IMCL has the right to change the channels in the bouquet with prior information as per rules.
